Contacting Parent(s) in your class with any updated information,
Follow up with each parent(s) contributing to an event to ensure items are obtained and if any further assistance is needed. Keeping in contact with President of any issues or assistance needed.
Encourage parents to participate in activities when held.

Vice-President: Responsibilities: Assistant President; Run Meetings in President’s absence;
Recording Secretary: Takes minutes at meetings and distributes final copy to the Board and families; Treasurer: Keeps accurate financial records of SPSHSA. Will work with President/Vice-President
We cannot provide memorable activities for our students without the help of our parents.
Their success depends upon us—in and out of the classroom.
September: Holiday Pie Sales
October: Book Fair: Volunteers; Halloween Trunk or Treat/Dance: Chairperson/Volunteers
November: Harvest Dinner Dance/Holiday Pie Distribution
January through June Activities will be presented during October Meeting
NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22
6:30PM to 7PM—Snacks and Refreshments
7PM—Meeting Begins—All Room Parents, Volunteers, and Administration are encouraged to attend
